I’m The Mind Director™.
My work is for founders, entrepreneurs and leaders with exceptional ambition - people building businesses, wealth and lives that go far beyond the ordinary.
My work is centred on the invisible architecture behind exceptional results - the assumptions, internal rules, expectations and decisions that shape how someone operates long before the outcome appears.
With more than 20 years in finance, business recovery, law and senior commercial leadership, I bring strong commercial judgement to that work. I understand the business context, the stakes, the decisions and the pressure - and I look beneath them to identify what is really driving the result.
I can move from the commercial problem to the underlying logic very quickly - whether the issue is growth, expansion, leadership, money, visibility, decision-making or the next level of the business.
That combination is what makes my work different.
how my work evolved
FROM COMMERCIAL LEADER TO THE MIND DIRECTOR™
I began my career in finance, law and senior commercial leadership, spending more than two decades inside businesses, making decisions, solving problems and understanding what drives results.
But I became increasingly interested in something deeper: why two equally capable people can produce radically different outcomes. That question led me into the study of human behaviour, neuroplasticity, the mind, mental science and identity.
Then I turned the lens on my own life; I looked at the periods when my life expanded rapidly - the financial leaps, the decisions that changed everything. I also looked at the periods when, despite wanting something different, I seemed to recreate more of what I already had - or even what I did not want.
One thing became increasingly clear: the results we create are shaped by the internal rules and expectations we are operating from without realising it. When I changed mine, I moved from six figures to seven figures while working dramatically fewer hours, in a compressed timeframe.
That was the point I stopped seeing the mind as an interesting subject and started treating it as the central driver and root cause of all results.

Businesses expanding dramatically. Financial leaps. International moves. New ventures. Bigger decisions made faster. People creating in months what they had previously imagined might take years. Different people. Different circumstances. Different ambitions. But beneath the biggest shifts, the same thing changes: Their relationship with what is possible.
They stop allowing present circumstances to define future outcomes. They begin operating from a different internal standard, making different decisions and moving with a different level of certainty.
That is Directing Reality.

my method
DIRECTING REALITY
Directing Reality is the deliberate practice of deciding the result first - before your current circumstances can tell you what is realistic - and then directing the mind and the actions that make that result real.
Most people operate in the opposite direction. They look at what exists now, what has happened before., what seems logical from here - and they make decisions from that evidence.
Directing Reality starts at the other end.
You decide where you are going first. Then we identify the internal rules that belong to the reality you are currently living - and change the ones that cannot take you where you have decided to go. Because extraordinary results rarely require more of the same person, thinking in the same way, making the same decisions from the same internal logic. They require a different internal starting point.
When that changes, what follows can change remarkably quickly: Businesses expand into new markets, income jumps, long-delayed decisions get made, new companies are started. capital is raised, opportunities that once seemed distant become obvious next moves. I have seen clients create in months what they had previously expected to take years. Not because reality suddenly became easier - but because they stopped allowing the reality they had already created to determine what came next.
That is the power of Directing Reality.
