STORIES

THINK DIFFERENTLY.
LIVE EXTRAORDINARILY

If you’re a business owner, you obviously want your business to make more money.

One of the ways to do this is to have an abundance of high-quality leads coming through every week. This converts to more people you can serve, more money for your business, greater growth and so on.

Yet you feel that finding new clients is hard.

You’ve tried everything.

And now you’ve got to this point where you feel stuck and frustrated.

The same disorganised thoughts spinning around your head:

“Maybe I should try this”

“How about that platform – other people seem to do well on there”

Then comes the comparison:

“Oh my goodness – he started after me – how can he be that much further ahead?”

“I should already be at 7-figures+ but it’s so hard to find the right clients who are ready to buy these days”

“My lead generation – or lack of the quality therein – is an issue”.

STOP.

You don’t have a lead generation issue. You have a storytelling issue.

And it’s the reason you’re not already at 7-figures or above.

If it were genuinely a lead generation issue, you could bring in an expert to do this for you and you’d have an abundance of paying clients before you could say ‘Calendly’.

The fact that you don’t means it’s deeper than that.

Even if you had leads coming in every week, you still wouldn’t hit 7-figures unless your inner voice was changed. Because you’d just find another reason why your business wasn’t growing as fast as you want.

The good news is that the 7-figure+ income you want is closer and easier than you think.

Simply changing the things you’re assuming about your business is all you need to do.

This is done in three ways:

  1. Stop focusing on what you don’t want and repeating the problem over and over in your head.  Your brain (the task positive network if you want to get technical) is hard-wired to focus on a goal and look in your environment for whatever you’ve ‘told’ (through your repeated inner chatter) it is important. Hint: you’re giving it the wrong goal.
  1. Focus on attracting the right clients rather than chasing anyone who your business/service/work could help – you do this by knowing exactly who that is.
  1. Stop beating yourself up for not being where you think you ‘should’ be – all it’s doing is damaging your self-belief. And that can start a downward spiral that isn’t taking you anywhere near the goal you want to achieve.

When you change the narrative that’s resounding in your head, that you can’t currently seem to control however hard you try, and start seeing that the results you want are within your reach, you’ll reach 7-figures (or whatever goal you have) so fast that people around you will start asking what on earth you did.

This is the work we do inside our high-proximity spaces.

This is also the work we do inside ‘The Effortless Millionaire’ (message me directly if you want to know more about this – the doors open again in February).

Success genuinely isn’t about hustling harder.

I mean – “I want to work a lot harder and struggle more” said nobody ever.

It isn’t a ‘magic pill’ – you have to understand how to change that inner voice permanently rather than just sporadically.

But it IS possible.

So look back at the stories you’re telling yourself about why you’re not where you want to be.

And realise they’re not facts – they’re just a repeat story from past experience which has nothing to do with where you’re going.

Unless that’s the goal you give your brain to work on…
