Neural pathways

THINK DIFFERENTLY.
LIVE EXTRAORDINARILY

Have you ever found yourself doing this:

You wake up – either in the middle of the night, or first thing in the morning,

You’re still half asleep and you find your mind trying to search for something to anchor to – usually trying to search for thoughts from yesterday ‘What was I thinking before I went to sleep?’

Your mind is trying to anchor itself, a form of orientation, attaching to a state of consciousness.

The problem is that this state of consciousness is what you’re trying to move away from.

Consciousness is the lens through which you view the world – including how you see yourself.

So it’s like wearing red tinted glasses and looking at yourself in the mirror and seeing yourself looking red.

Unless you change the lens, you simply can’t see yourself as other than red.

What to do: Think of a colour that represents your dream goal-achieved life.

Put the glasses with that colour lens on immediately upon waking up.

And go about your day from that place.

Now you’re creating the future you want by developing new neural pathways.

And before you know it, this becomes your new natural state. ✨
